Refund Procedure

• Upon completing your enrollment, you will receive an email within 24 hours containing access details to the course and mentorship program you've purchased.
• If, within 30 days of the purchase date, you find that the course or mentorship program does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund by sending an email to [email protected]
• In the refund request email, please provide the following information:
  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The reason for your dissatisfaction with the course or mentorship
• Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Conditions

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• The refund request must be submitted via email to [email protected]
• Refunds will only be issued for the amount paid for the course or mentorship program.
• No refunds will be issued after mentorship sessions have begun, except in extenuating circumstances which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• No physical product needs to be returned as all materials are delivered electronically.

Refund Approval

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Mentorship Session Rescheduling

While not directly related to refunds, we understand that scheduling conflicts may arise. You may reschedule a mentorship session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being counted as delivered.
